We “A Company of Women, International,” delivered it Tuesday, 23 November ’04 to: Pasteur Sylvia Epifanic, Eglise Eau Vive (Church of the Living Water), Place Haute, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. We were delighted have lunch with the people at their church and to be the exact encouragement of the Lord, He meant us to be. This year 2000 the Lord has directed me and confirmed my steps with “feathers.’ Everywhere I went, “feathers”…Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and France. Also in many states of North America, “feathers.” When we arrived with the Glory Ring to south of Paris, Pastor Sylvia was wearing a golden “feather” on her clothing! And we knew this was His place for the Glory Ring! As we were finishing all the ceremonies of the LaFayette Statue Replacement and the 60th year anniversary of the Liberations of Metz, France by General Patton’s 3rd Army…there…in Metz…my daughter, Debra, handed me a “feather.” We all had been praying for guidance for where the Glory Ring was to go. There were a few choices and ideas but not exact connections then, again Debra Radtke, gave us info for their “sister church” in Paris and Albany, Oregon. Awesome God we serve!! This Glory Ring has been in the Lorraine Territory of Jeanne D’ Arc as well as carried through the Streets of Paris, on the Metro and ….Notre Dame…Hall of Justice. Rosalie, Erin and I were proclaiming our Lord’s victory everywhere we carried it. We are all grateful to have been a part of this process. In June 2005, we received word that the Glory Ring photographed above had been destroyed. Of course, we were grieved over many aspects of that event that funneled into one reason: the deception, betrayal and lies of satan. In August 2005, the LORD asked me to make another Glory Ring for France. HIS heart and passion are so for France in this season. I sent the ring to Lynda Peterson, as I had done with the first ring a year earlier. The LORD said, "Begin Again!" The following is a copy of a letter sent to Lynda, regarding the next Glory Ring for France -sixth since 1999. Erin was among the first group and is now moving to France. Only GOD! Jennifer Lynn Joy

I would be incredibly honored, blessed, and humbled to bring Glory Ring #2 to France with me!!! There are 20 arrondissements (districts) in Paris. I believe that the Lord has me to do a prayer walk in each district....taking back "The City of Lights"...one district at a time!!!! I'd love to prayer walk with such a powerful weapon!!! Lori Hankin prophesied at last year's summit (in VA) that I would go to 12 cities in France to pray!!! The Lord has already put some cities on my
heart....I'd love to have the Glory Ring with me!!! Thank you for considering me...Please let me know how the Lord leads....whatever He wants!!! Father, I ask that the fullness of Your Holy Spirit be released in Your intercessors in France…and that an uprising occur among the intercessors…that Jesus Christ would be exalted above all else…Father, I pray for Your Anointing….and Your Anointing Oil to be released in the Spirit Realm…and in the earth’s realm, both symbolically through the bottle of anointing oil that’s included…and probably even more important….is what is truly released from Your Throne.
