To all who desire to have a greater revelation of the Love of God
which has the power to change the hearts of men, to bring comfort
where there is pain and freedom where there is bondage. This is the
testimony of my life given from God. "That they may all be one, even
as the, Father, is in Me, and I in Him, That they also might be in
us; That the world may believe that He did send Me." Amen.
Galiziah which borders on the Poland and Ukraine the background
of my family. Being a son of Jewish holocaust survivors, I was aware
at an early age of the recent history of my people, the Jewish
people. Memories that were still fresh in the mind of my parents and
relatives, were related to me on many occasions. These memories
consisting of stories of fear, personal shame, and murder each time
was a moment relived when told to me by my parents or grandparents
as I saw the pain in their faces, as they recounted family members
who were given up by Russian government into the hands of Nazi
Germany to be killed. Both my mother and father's family were killed
in the holocaust. My grandfather a Rabbi whom I never saw, was taken
by the Nazis never to be seen again. In my heart I hated both the
Russian and German people alike because of what they did. It was
difficult for me to work with any one who was Russian or German
because even the language itself would displease me. In my eyes it
was just as bad. Living in Jerusalem at young age one of my earlier
jobs was a physiotherapist, working in a hospital. Here I would meet
many people who came from different parts of the world to help the
nation of Israel as volunteers. On one occasion I was approached by
a man who introduced himself to me, explained he was from Holland
and was volunteering in Israel. He invited me to a Believer's
fellowship he was attending in Jerusalem. This mans kindness and
invitation made me man’s curious to visit this place.
What really touched my heart was not the messages of the preacher
that moved me or the songs so much, but the love and kindness that
emanated from this people towards me and to each other, and this is
what I needed. The people made me feel valued and gave me a sense of
belonging. Although I was a regular visitor to the congregation, I
still did not understand or believe what they spoke about, this
Yeshua (Jesus) being the Messiah of the Jewish people and the whole
world, by taking upon Himself the sins of the world. This was very
hard for me to understand considering the recent history of my
people. My heart was hard like a stone. Being a typical Israeli I
was proud, because we as a people know much about God and the
prophets, but to understand the mission of Yeshua and His purpose
was very hard.
I Corinthians 1:23-24 says "But we preach Messiah crucified,
to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness. But to those
who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Messiah the power of God and
the Wisdom of God."
Time passed by, a year later I realized that I could no longer
live a daily lukewarm living without the truth as I recognized that
the truth of God is at hand only needed my decision. I believed that
it was the conviction of the Ruah Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) in me to
have a new walk in life which lead me to the acceptance of my
Messiah Yeshua and thus I decided to follow His footsteps. What a
privilege our God had given me. Matthew 22:14,
"For many are called, but few are chosen."
To come to realization that He is not pushing us to obey Him BUT
rather He is waiting for our personal decision to accept Him as our
Lord and Savior and be changed. This means a change from the worldly
influence into His Holy Spirit filled influence with the true love
of GOD. I John 4:7
It was at a fellowship gathering one evening that as we were
worshiping, a member of the congregation, an Austrian man came and
fell at my feet crying and asking me to forgive him and his people
for what they did to the Jewish people during the Holocaust. There
are no words for me to describe to you what I felt as the compassion
and love of God that flowed through me towards this brother.
Immediately God began to heal and set me free from the hate I
carried for so long. My heart melted before this man and we embraced
each other.
In the pure love of God there is true unity, and in repentance,
deliverance from the bondage of sin, and healing where there is
compassion. This is what I have seen and experienced. As I have
ministered now in both in the Ukraine and Germany. I have seen this
happen as men and women weep concerning the past and have approached
me sobbing and asking for forgiveness. Seeing as His people approach
Him with repentant hearts. He has been faithful in a mighty way,
through healing His people and setting them free from bondage.
Though there is One who only has the power to remove our sins far
from us and pardons our iniquities. We are encouraged in the word of
God, to where it is possible be at peace with all men, especially
our brethren. Psalm 133, "For how blessed it is
for brethren to dwell together in unity. It is like the anointing
oil on the head, for there the Lord commands the blessing of life
forevermore." Where there is unity in the pure love of God, there is
power, for then the Lord will command His blessing and anoint us
through the power of His Holy Spirit. I have come to realize that my
brothers and sisters are those who do the will of God, and the
aliens are those who do not abide by His commandments. Those who
focused for His land and people He will bless because it is His
promise even since at the time of Abraham when he left Ur Chaldeans
and came to Canaan (Israel) Genesis 12:3.
I live in Jerusalem Israel with my wife who is from the
Philippines and my daughter. I believe that our marriage is a
testimony that God has brought both Jew and Gentile together to
proclaim His word and His power to save all those who call upon His
name as it is written in the book of Ephesians 2:13-15 that
our Heavenly Father sent Yeshua the Messiah and through HIS precious
blood the middle wall of separation was broken so as to create
Himself a one new man from the two (Gentile and Jew) thus making
peace.
John 13:34:35, "A new commandment I give unto
you that You Love one another even as I have Loved You, that you
also love one another. By this shall all men know you are My
disciples, if you love one another." In this season I feel Adonai
moving within us to preach the pure Love of God to His people, both
the Arabs and the Jews. To proclaim His good news in all the areas
of Israel and to the whole world. Micah 4:2, We are brothers
and sisters when we believe in Yeshua our Messiah. My prayer is for
all mankind to have a greater revelation about the land of the
Bible, Israel and God's purpose for His people…I believe that God
is the same yesterday, today and forever and He hears us when we ask
anything according to His will. Therefore, we welcome
your prayer requests and request your prayerful and financial
support as we do God's will.
Please remember to pray for the Peace of Jerusalem,
Psalm 122:6 and the well being of all peoples of the world.
