We arrived at Becky's in the late afternoon with the thick humid air embracing us. A couple of days before, when I arrived in Alabama, I asked Jan if she knew anyone that might have flags that I could borrow during my stay in the south. Jan called Becky who willingly shared not only her flags but her bay front so that we could pray over the territory. Jan graciously took the photos while Brenda was the armor bearer carrying flags and serving me in anyway possible. There was an urgency in my spirit to pray over the Gulf of Mexico territory while ministering in Alabama. Jan and Brenda enthusiastically agreed and so we went forth. The Holy Spirit directed me to pray and release five bottles of oil. If you are wondering why I walk in the water, simply put, JESUS did. As I released the first oil, my prayer was, "FATHER in the name of JESUS, I release life in JESUS CHRIST to the waters, the land and the people of the land! I pray for the fullness of life in JESUS CHRIST to come forth! FATHER, I speak life, true life, holy life, righteous life, pure life to the land, the waters and the people of the land! Let the name of JESUS CHRIST be known in this place."

In one of the photos the Anointing Oil is moving like thick honey across the air wave with the waves of water as final destination. The girls standing on the pier began exclaiming, Look! it is a heart! The oil formed a rainbow heart! And of course, PAPA GOD is demonstrating HIS covenant promise to us upon the waters! HE gave Noah a rainbow in the sky and HE gave us a rainbow heart upon the waters. Only GOD! As the heart was formed, I prayed that the heart of GOD would touch the waters, the land and the people of the land. That the despair and devastation of the hurricanes would be replaced by the covenant heart of FATHER GOD bringing restoration, redemption, renewal, revival and rebuilding to the land.

The Scriptures that were released in the five bottles of anointing oil are listed on this link. The prophetic names of the oils are: HIS Justice Anointing Oil, HIS 58 Covenant Blessings Anointing Oil, HIS Holy Righteous and Pure Fire Anointing Oil, HIS Pentecost Fire Anointing Oil and HIS Crown and Key Anointing Oil. One of the oils was thrown across the pier (which was in the shape of a cross) symbolizing the bridge that JESUS is between heaven and earth. This released a prayer of salvation for the lost and for the prodigals to come home in the name of YESHUA! Then the LORD opened my eyes and I noticed the bamboo/bulrushes and baby Moses in the basket was quickened to my spirit, so I began praying for the Apostolic anointing of Jesus Christ, the government of Jesus Christ to take over the land, the mercy seat of GOD to prevail, to permeate the waters, to embrace the people.

After the fourth bottle of oil was poured out, I looked across the waters and saw hundreds of caskets (like a vision) to the edge of the horizon. The Holy Spirit spoke to me of the death, the grieving, the pain in the waters, the land, and the people throughout the generations. I was bent over in grief, agonizing in intercessory prayer. I asked for a flower from a bush in Becky's yard, so Brenda handed me an bright pink Four O' Clock blossom. I placed the blossom in the bottle of Anointing Oil and released them together as a symbolic act of healing the land with the anointing and fragrance of JESUS CHRIST. If you look closely you will see the blossom looks like a pink hummingbird soaring across the waves.

After the last oil was released, I stood for a long time and prayed with my handed lifted high. Jan noticed a butterfly that flew over me and rested in the sand until I moved my hand. Surely GOD has visited this place releasing HIS new beginnings to the people of Perdido Bay, Pensacola, Florida for HIS GLORY! I was completely surprised to look down and see that the blossom (the Fragrance of JESUS CHRIST) had returned to the shore almost immediately. HIS word does not return void! Then Becky brought me her red flags and I began to worship with flags under the blossoming Mimosa Tree. Please also notice the many stars upon the ripples and waves of the waters...JESUS CHRIST is our MORNING STAR!

The red flags are symbolic of the blood of JESUS CHRIST and HIS resurrection power being released over the land. HIS banner over us is love! Although the LORD has been extravagant in sharing HIS signs, wonders and miracles throughout my life, the rainbow heart on the waters will remain with me forever.

We then left Becky's and drove to the Genesis Church in Foley, Alabama to anoint the doors with oil. When I poured out the oil at the back door it formed what you see on the cement. It was all a bit overwhelming. Then at the front door the oil stayed in the shape of simple cross.

6.21.06 ~ The following email arrived from Jan after I returned to Oregon. (The pastor did not know we were going to anoint the doors and steps of his church). "I told our Pastor yesterday about us coming and praying over the church, he wanted details and when. He said Sunday morning service was unbelievable, people coming for prayer and Monday’s Men’s meeting was the same, 44 men came and an unbelievable amount came forward and kneeled for prayer, releasing themselves to the King. Something he has being praying for and was so delighted to see. He knows the anointing was part of the key. He said keep those prayers going!!!"

6.22.06 from Becky Durr ~ Thank you so much for coming to my home. I felt blessed that you came. Also, a big thank you for the ribbons and supplies (Jan and I left a bag of Glory Ring supplies for Becky's prison ministry on Tuesday Morning the 20th as she was taking me to the airport). I felt strongly to make a finger glory ring for the lady I mentioned with the 41-year addiction. I gave it to her after church last night and explained the colors and what it all meant. You should have seen her face. God is doing an awesome work in her.

When I opened the supplies to look at them, the first thing I saw was a black hair band you said could be used for the wrist. I took it out, stretched it over my hand. It quickly snapped and I heard the Lord say, "The darkness is broken." I got other colors out to try on and not a one broke. Then I reached in a bag and pulled out an empty ribbon spool and heard the Lord say, "There's no more emptiness." Praise God!!

This summer, two of the ladies from the program in the jail are attending school here and I showed them the supplies and told them what I wanted to do with them. They're excited and ready to make them. Thank you so very much and I look forward to seeing you again.
