Tomorrow, October 2, 2005
is the Annual Day of Prayer for Peace of Jerusalem! Thank you for
your faithfulness to pray!
This morning at 6:16 am the telephone rang. Then immediately
following the telephone ringing, the smoke alarm went off randomly –
two long beeps. Then I remembered it was Shabbat and the LORD was
awakening me to the sound of the electric "shofar." So, immediately
I arose and listened to a voice mail of Rev. Daniel Rozen from
Israel, currently in Florida following a ministry trip to New York
last week. His message ~ "Shabbat Shalom from Israel."
The two Scriptures that have been resonating in my spirit for the
last few days are:
"And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall
put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you
by the sword." Leviticus 26:8
"Though the fig tree should not blossom, And there be no fruit on
the vines, Though the yield of the olive should fail, And the fields
produce no food. Though the flock should be cut off from the fold,
And there be no cattle in the stalls, YES, I WILL EXULT IN THE LORD!
I WILL REJOICE IN THE GOD OF MY SALVATION! THE LORD GOD IS MY
STRENGTH! AND HE HAS MADE MY FEET LIKE HINDS' FEET, AND MAKES ME
WALK ON MY HIGH PLACES!" Habakkuk 3:17-19
A few days ago, someone asked me if I thought that the hurricanes
Rita and Katrina had anything to do with Israel? My answer is this:
YES! because Yeshua was born, crucified, resurrected and ascended in
Israel and HE is coming again. Whatever is happening on earth, is
related to Israel indirectly, directly, spiritually and earthly. I
have lived long enough to experience the righteous judgment of GOD
in my own life and know fully that HE is a righteous, holy, pure
GOD! From my limited human perspective that both hurricanes did not
hit the land as number 5 hurricanes is an expression of HIS mercy
and grace. HE will have HIS way! HE will make known HIS heart and
HIS plans. We all live on the same planet. We all have the same
Creator. We all live under the same sky. Israel is likened to the
cog in a wheel regarding the timing of the earth and the return of
YESHUA! The Anointed One of Israel!
Therefore, we continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for GOD's
wisdom to be imparted to the leaders of Israel and America and for
the fullness of the destiny of JESUS CHRIST to be released through
the leaders of these nations.
Additionally, I was blessed to hear Dan Dolan, a journalist from
Israel speak in Vancouver, Washington a couple of weeks ago. To

Shalom from Israel,
Putting our trust in Almighty God, especially in times where
situations and circumstances are overwhelming and very difficult. In
2 Chronicles 20 we see how Jehoshaphat, the King of Judah, responded
when the sons of Moab and Ammon came to make war against the nation
of Judah. - "Jehoshaphat was afraid and turned his attention to seek
the Lord."
With all the people of Judah gathered to seek help from the Lord;
Jehoshaphat, declared his faith in God by saying, "O Lord, the God
of our fathers, art Thou not God in the heavens? And art Thou not
ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in
Thy hand so that no one can stand against Thee. Didst Thou not, O
our God, drive out the inhabitants of this land before Thy people
Israel, and give it to the descendants of Abraham Thy friend
forever?'
'Should evil come upon us, the sword, or judgment, or pestilence, or
famine, we will stand before this house and before Thee and cry to
Thee in our distress, and Thou wilt hear and deliver us." 2
Chronicles 20:9
May you be encouraged as you put your faith in the Lord and also in
the promises which God has vowed towards His children Israel. I am
very blessed and thank you for your faithfulness in standing with
us.

September 18, 2005
Israel's
worst fears regarding the withdrawal from Gaza appeared be come
true September 18 as Arab terrorists continued to import large
quantities of arms into the volatile coastal strip.
PRAYER
FOCUS
Giving Gaza over to the Palestinians has only brought Israel
into greater danger. Pray that God will protect Israel from
their violent neighbors.
SCRIPTURE
"Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will take a
stand for me against evildoers? Unless the Lord had given me
help, I would soon have dwelt in the silence of death. When I
said, 'My foot is slipping,' your love, O Lord, supported me.
When anxiety was great within me, Your consolation brought joy
