PRAYER FOR THE GREAT STATE OF IOWA

OH BLESSED LORD GOD, ADONAI, THE SOVEREIGN KING OF THE UNIVERSE, FATHER GOD, in the name of JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth, we pray for Your Sovereign Power, Rule and Reign for the State of Iowa. We pray for an abundant release of YOUR Divine Tenderness, Compassion, Knowledge, Mercy, Wisdom, Love, Holiness, Purity, Joy, Peace, Truth, Favor, Anointing, Discernment, Integrity, Righteousness and Grace to the leadership and people of Iowa. FATHER GOD, we pray for a heart of equality, kindness, repentance, gratefulness, forgiveness, and reconciliation among the families of Iowa. ABBA FATHER, in the name of YESHUA, OUR MESSIAH, we pray for the Commanded Blessing of the LORD GOD to be supernaturally released in the land and people of Iowa and that the resurrection power of JESUS CHRIST, OUR REDEEMER be perpetually released throughout the state bringing forth YOUR GLORY! YOUR KINGDOM! YOUR LIGHT! YOUR LOVE! and EVERLASTING LIFE! FATHER, we pray for YOUR KINGDOM to come and YOUR WILL to be done in Iowa. We pray that every portal in the heavens and earth would be sealed by the blood and anointing of YESHUA, OUR RISEN KING according to YOUR times, plans and purposes. We pray that You would release more angels to guard and protect all that belongs to YOU in heaven and earth. FATHER GOD, we see that the Harvest is ready so we pray for the Laborers to be raised up and released for YOUR GLORY! We pray for fertile soil in the earthly and spiritual realm. We pray that every place of worship is a place that worships the One True GOD in spirit, freedom and truth. We ask that YOU would impart eyes to see and ears to hear among those called by YOUR name in Iowa. We release a spirit of reverence and fear of the MOST HIGH GOD throughout the State of Iowa. LORD GOD, we pray for the anointing, atonement and resurrection power of JESUS CHRIST, THE PRINCE OF PEACE over the State of Iowa. Amen! We pray for the LION OF JUDAH to roar over Iowa and for the sound of the Shofar to be heard across the land! Amen!

STATE OF IOWA HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND SYMBOLS

FLAG: The Iowa State Banner was designed by Mrs. Dixie Cornell Gebhardt and sponsored by the Iowa Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Before the Louisiana Purchase, Iowa was part of French territory. Therefore, the French tricolor is incorporated into the state's flag design. The bald eagle symbolizes the states allegiance to the union, and the eagle holds a ribbon in its beak bearing the State Motto: Our liberties we prize and our rights we will maintain.
